Runtime Rodeo
ROUND UP
Every estimate gets a check-in. Every time.
We check in on your estimates, ask your customers for Google reviews, and remind them when service is due. All by email, in your name. From $79 a month.
You already did the hard part: the drive out, the measuring, the quote. Then the phone rings, the next job starts, and the callback slips. We make sure it doesn't.

How Estimate Round Up works
- 1
Send us your estimates
A list from Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or QuickBooks, or any spreadsheet, saved as a CSV file. Only people who asked you for an estimate.
- 2
Approve your answer sheet
We write it with you on a 15-minute call: financing, warranties, where you work, how soon you can schedule. We answer from it and nothing else.
- 3
We follow up in your name
Short, friendly emails at 2, 7, 14, 30, and 60 days. Anyone who says stop is never emailed again.
- 4
Ready ones come to you
Price questions, complaints, and anyone ready to book are forwarded to you, with their details, the same day.
What it looks like
An example. Northline and Dana are made up.
Northline Heating & Air, day 2
Hi Dana, I'm following up on your AC replacement estimate. Any questions we can answer for you? Happy to help you decide, no pressure.
Dana
Thanks for checking in! Do you offer financing? And how soon could you install?
Northline Heating & Air, from their answer sheet
Yes: 0% APR for 18 months on systems over $5,000, with approved credit through our lender. Most installs happen within 3 to 5 business days of saying yes.
Dana
Perfect. Can someone call me tomorrow to set it up?
Handed to Northline
Dana's name, email, and message go to Northline right away. They call her back and book the job.
Run your numbers
Plug in your own numbers. If one extra job pays for months of Round Up, it's worth a look.
Extra work a month, on your guess
$4,800
0.8 extra jobs a month, against $299 for Estimate Round Up.
One $6,000 job covers about 20 months of Estimate Round Up.
Your math, not our promise. Your monthly report shows what actually happened.
Pricing
Nothing goes out until you approve it. Cancel before we switch it on and we refund everything. On a monthly service, tell us within 30 days of switching on if it isn't worth it, and we'll refund your first month (the setup fee pays for the setup work). Every monthly service can also be paid yearly, for 10 months' price.

Questions, answered
Which one should I start with?
If you send a lot of estimates, Estimate Round Up. If you want to see results first, Old Estimate Round Up works your old estimates once. Review Round Up and Reminder Round Up pair well with either.
What's in Full Round Up?
Estimate Round Up, Review Round Up, and Reminder Round Up, for $399 a month instead of $457. Add Referral Round Up or Season Round Up to it for $49 a month each.
Do referral emails offer a reward?
Only if you do. If you thank people for referrals (say, a discount on their next service), we say so plainly in your words. It's never tied to leaving a review, which Google and the FTC don't allow.
Do review requests follow Google's rules?
Yes. Every customer you add gets the same ask and the same link. We never screen for happy customers first, and nobody is offered anything for a review. Google's policy and the FTC's rule on reviews both require that.
Will it sound like a robot?
The emails are short and plain, from your business, in your name. We never make up prices, discounts, or promises. Answers come only from the answer sheet you approved.
Who answers when a homeowner writes back?
On estimates: if your answer sheet covers it (financing, warranties, scheduling), we draft the answer, and for now a person checks every one before it's sent. Anything about price, a complaint, anything urgent, anyone ready to book, or a question your sheet doesn't cover is forwarded to you automatically. On Review Round Up and Reminder Round Up, replies are forwarded to you.
Do you text homeowners?
Not yet: it's email only. Business texting needs your company registered with the phone carriers and written permission from each homeowner, and we'd rather do that right than fast. If your customers prefer texts, ask us and we'll talk it through.
Is it okay to email my customer list?
We only email people who gave you their email for an estimate or a job and expect to hear from you about it, never bought lists or lists pulled off the internet. Every email says who it's from and why, shows your business's mailing address, and has a one-click way to stop. Anyone who says stop, or whose email address doesn't work, is never emailed again.
How are the emails sent?
From your business's name, "via Runtime Rodeo," through a sending service we use only for this, so your own inbox and reputation stay untouched. Replies come to us. If someone asks to stop, we stop at once. We answer simple estimate questions from your answer sheet and forward everything else to you automatically.
I already use Jobber or Housecall Pro. Does it work with them?
Yes: export your estimates as a spreadsheet (a CSV file) and send it over. Some plans in those tools send their own estimate emails. If yours already does the job, we'll tell you straight.
Do I need a website from you?
No. If you have one of our websites, though, Estimate Round Up setup is free.
Can you write to my customers in Spanish?
Sí. Your Round Up emails can go out in Spanish, and so can your answer sheet.
What if I cancel?
It's month to month (or yearly, for 10 months' price). We stop the emails when your paid time ends. Your customer list is yours: ask for a copy within 30 days, and after that we delete it.
